Got to love my wife. She gave me a new Dually for Xmas and this for my Birthday. Its not a dually, but goes where my dually can't and is a far better daily driver.

Very nice...enjoy!
I've enjoyed my '13 and it's a tank in the snow. Only problem is it's a little light in the weight department so sometimes it's got to dig for traction but I haven't had it stuck yet and I've taken it to some pretty gnarly places.
The Rubicon is fantastic and when you're in 4 LOW with the axles locked, it'll almost climb a tree. Just beware of the constantly blowing fuses for the powerpoints in the dash, cargo area, and inside the console. Not sure what causes it but I've had mine two years and have blown four fuses. The service guys at two different dealerships say it's common though.
The only other issue I've had in two years is a leak around the windshield seal. Replaced under warranty and no other issues. It's ragtop weather now!

Thanks for the TIP on fuses, I will be sure to pick some up for spares. This is my first JK and its Jeep 10. This is the Rubicon Hard Rock edition, got a screaming deal on it, $100 under invoice. Dealer got two in they had not ordered, both were 6 sp manual trans which was what I wanted...I compromised with the wife on the 4 doors if I could have my manual trans.

I think it makes sense for me, I am retired and albeit I don't drive to work every day I don't sit around the house and San Antonio traffic is not good at all. Jeep is a great get around car which saves miles on my dually.

Yeah, the Hard Rock evolved from the 10th Anniversary Rubi Package which is what mine has. It's sweet! Nothing like a 4:1 low-range gear.
Unfortunately, I had to settle for the automatic. I wanted a six-speed but it is what it is. I got a screaming deal on mine too. I ordered it and joined Tread Lightly! As long as you make the minimum required donation, you get a PIN # you present to the dealer which gets you 1% below invoice. That in itself is great because there are virtually no rebates on these things, ever.
I had to have the four door with two kids still at home but it definitely tracks better on-road than the two door. I'm good with it and have been super impressed with it so far. The Pentastar V6 has got plenty of guts to move it around and mine has 4.10 gears. The only thing it can't stay away from is a gas station.

Nice Rubicon!!!!
My DD is an 02 Wrangler X... It also pushes my snow plow across a couple hundred feet of driveway..
The Jeep was also a gift from my wife...
Nice looking little TJ, loved those things, sure wish I had kept them. Priced any lately? Used ones are selling for about what they cost when they were bought

I have 200 miles on mine and its getting in the low to mid 17's, which may or may not be good, better than my dually and my wife's car, so seems good to me.
I also have the 4.10 gears. Albeit I saw where you could get one with 3.73's. I ran 4:88's in my '03 Rubicon, but I had 37" KM2 BFG tires.
Thanks Gigger! A problem like the one Fitter had would really hurt someone like Lightning...
Funny thing about my problem is more people have it than know. It was reveled at my hearing that the fuel filler neck has a design flaw and allows the tank to pressurize to the point it pushes fuel out. Ram is telling people that complain the fuel dribble is normal and they have over filled the tank.
