New door hung. Had to do some creative 'bodywork' on the front door with a 5 lb hammer.
I'm guessing you got that door from the same truck as the fender?
Do you ever plan on painting this thing or are you leaving it as is with mismatched panels? I know your on a budget like myself but I have a thing about mismatched panels. Part of why I haven't replaced the crumpled bedside on mine even though the dents and bondo cracks dont look much better

Yes, the door and fender are off the same truck. I also scored the red headliner too so I can replace the extended cab headliner that's in it now. I'm going to change out the front fenders and hood and driver's door soon. But I don't plan on painting this thing right now. I like the motley look it's getting. I was thinking about giving my kids some paint rollers and letting them use what's left of our house paint on it to redneckify it up...more...
The clearance lights on my 86 were originally fed from a relay mounted on the hood bracket out in the open just above the fuel pump relay. It is fed through a fusible link from the stud on the driver's side of the firewall. It is called the trailer tow relay. All duallys seem to have that setup, even now with the 1996 harnesses, mine still has a relay for those lights.

Bill's been on point with all his replys.
You need the big plastic cone to center the dually rim and you need to run a lighting relay or you will smoke the already feeble headlamp switch wiring.
I'm enjoying watching this rolling wreck coming together.
I'm enjoying watching as well. Would another option be to install the headlight relay circuit, thereby taking that load off the headlight switch and allowing it to live with the clearance light load?
