Keep that in mind, I may need to do that. Thanks bud.
LOL!!! It's all your fault damit! LOL!! Actually I did some reading on that sight and it said that building IC systems out of more silicone than pipe is becoming more popular, so I figured I'd try it. If I bought the pipe bends and boots needed to do with all pipe, it would cost the same or more from the prices I was getting. I was gonna text you, but I figured I been bothering you enough lately and you were bout sick of me! LOL!
Hold your tongue! You know I'm not getting tired of you or any of the other members here that text or call me. lol
You can give it a try, but like Mike said.. Don't be surprised if you are tearing boots. I've seen plenty of those 90* boots fail at the track. For a gas engine running 10-15psi, they might be just fine, but when that turbo blows 40psi through those boots I think they are going to have issues.
You think the 60* and 30* would hold up better since it's not as much of a wall for the air to hit? If so, I can fab a 90* pipe and eliminate the only 90* boot in the system. It is in the worst place too.....coming right off the turbo.

I do think they'll hold up "better", but I'm not sure if they will actually hold. lol. Give 'em a shot and find out! Since you already got it, you might as well try the 90* boot.
I could get 1-2 good 38psi hits before it would blow and those boots were rated at 50psi
Are the SD pipes steel or aluminum? Go ahead and talk to your cousin if you don't care Mike. I'll gladly pay for a set of pipes if you can get them. I just checked the site where I ordered the boots, and I can return the ones I don't need. I may be able to catch them in the morning before they ship.
I got in touch with the place I ordered all the boots from and got the order cancelled before it shipped. I guess I shoild have thought about it a little more before I ordered that stuff, but I've never built an IC system before, nor am I the sharpest knife in the drawer! LOL!! I'll do it right now...

Awesome. I didn't trust the idea of having so many silicone boots to fail. Lol
Got the turbo oil drain fitting that goes in the hole where the fuel pump was, and the e-fuel filter and pump mount done this evening. I set my e-fuel up for dual pumps, but I will only be running one for now. I just kinda stuck it together to get some pics. I'll take more when it's all plumbed up.
