Nope. That was also my concern. After everything was installed, we fully compressed and released suspension and it does clear.

Thx Doug. Just taking a little longer now that we have 2 kids 
next step is paint interior and firewall so I can put cab back on and then start wiring truck so I can start it!

Finally got the C6 transmission rebuilt with a little muscle. Here are some pics, I don't know what the He'LL they are but got the pics during the process.

No way I could handle a tranny rebuild myself. Have no idea of whats inside that thing. My buddy owns a transmission shop and did it for me. I showed him what goes into a Monster transmission, and he said he could build that kit no problem.. Cost me $700. And I have a warranty

passenger side cab corner was NOT as easy as driver side. Just didn't fit as nicely. Had to cut off the corner/door edge completely and make my own. the curve of the panel didn't fit at all. Here are just a few pics.
Did some pie cuts to fold the edge over to try and make it look stock as much as possible.
I'll show finished product of this corner tomorrow.

Automatic trannys are not that difficult to rebuild, just need to go into it with an open mind and a good book. You may need a specialized tool or two depending on the tranny you are working on, but they will cost you a lot less than hiring a pro to do it. You can buy kits of the commonly needed wear parts and/or HD upgrade part kits for most all popular trannys. Always replace the torque converter when doing a rebuild.
