Garbz and I finally got the 4 link installed, rear frame c notched and boxed. Pinion is centered to driveshaft also. This truck is gonna sit low. Here's just a couple pics, I'll post more later
All in all, I'm not too happy with the No Limit kit. Directions are horrible, nothing fits correctly. The axle mounts for the bars had to be trimmed to fit the housing. The panhard bar mount sits directly under the frame. In their picture, it's on the inside of the frame rail.
I was also concerned about the location of the panhard bar. How much clearance do you have between the mount and frame.
I had to shorten the panhard bar as much as i could, then modified the axle bracket to fit accordingly. I think it's barely inside the frame rail. I'll take pics tonight or tomorrow and get back to ya. I'm more concerned about the piece of DOM tubing i welded in place of the old shock crossmember. If I have enought room when coilovers are compressed....
It's been a while and got a few things done. Gonna make it short and sweet. Brake lines, fuel lines, Holley fuel pump, edelbrock 750cfm carb, just ordered ididit column, headers, tranny shift linkage, and grant steering wheel. Frame, chassis, and drivetrain (except driveshaft) are all pretty much done. Just a few tweeks here and there
Just some updates, so I don't get behind. Driver seat installed, (might switch them later, not sure if I like them.
DD shaft installed with u-joints
Lokar eliminator throttle and brake pedals installed
I also have lokar throttle cable, kickdown cable, msd billet distributor, msd 6AL ign. Box, flow master 40 series, just not installed yet. Taking truck next week to get exhaust done so I can properly break in camshaft.
