I am sorry I could not make it, up at 2:30am and worked till 5:30 I was beat and had to do it all over for the next day too so was in bed by 8pm.
It is hard to make it during the week as I don't have normal hours but I do under stand why with the holidays coming.
I have not had the Pit in some time but don't remember it being "too smoky"? Guess I will have to try it on my own to see if it was the batch you got or the way they all are?
Now off to bed. Yep Saturday I have 2 LP loads. LP gas is crazy now that it got cold. Told I will be doing LP for the next few weeks also.
