I don't even have the room for a get together like that. BUT, what if we could rent a shelter house at a local park/lake and have our families come too?
We could pig out, visit, fish, younger kids could do whatever the sight is set up for, ball diamond, monkey bars etc.
Everybody bring something and we keep tabs on who is coming and bringing what, so we have all bases covered
Just a thought
I have a DR's appointment Tuesday that I'm not wild about. Depending on how I feel, Wednesday is good. If I'm not feeling great then I'm out. If it's the best day for the rest of the group, please go ahead and get together, and I'll see y'all at the next one.
13th, 14th and 15th would work for me. We'll be gone all next week camping. Or we can do Lexington next month. I'd like to meet some of the new members so I'm flexible on when we do Lexington, High Point area.
As long as the creek don't rise, I should be good for tomorrow. It would be good to see everyone again. What transportation is the plan? Two wheels? Lol.
Back to the house from my procedure, I had my first Colonoscopy this afternoon
Everything went fine, was told to take it easy today then back to myself tomorrow. So I'm in for tomorrow!
I have a lot of eating to make up for.
I have two riding with me and room for more if needed. Most likely running up 64. I can stop along the way. We're leaving at 5 and hope to be there before 7.
PS: maybe Bob will tell us all about his colonoscopy during dinner.
