On the plus side, Redneck BBQ Lab has calmed down to the point that we might be able to arrange a meeting there. I went there at 6pm yesterday and still saw 3 tables open, and no "out of food" light was lit!

Btw, if any of you guys ever make it to the other side of the state line, you must check out this spot. I love their brisket and ribs in particular.
