As of now, any of those dates apart from the 27th look clear for me. I'm down with Stameys. I used to work just outside of Gboro and ate at Stameys a handful of times. Good stuff

Well, as usual plans change. They moved our tournament up a week and it starts next Monday. If we win Monday we play Tuesday and Thursday. Which means I'm most likely out for next week's dinner.

Glad to hear it, James. BTW, I hope you don't mind, but I've taken the liberty to reach out to another FTE member who lives in Henry County, VA to tell him about the dinner, and he's sounding interested in checking it out as well. I think he tends to be pretty heavily involved in a local Mustang/Classic Fords club up this way.

And this is a given at all our events;
One doesn't have to drive or like fords to join us for any gathering. One can ride their skateboard to dinner for all we care.
All we want is for folks to show up with good attitudes and an appetite. We're a low/no drama, good times, bunch that enjoys fine bbq and good conversation.

I'm going to be helping finish a ramp on Monday instead, sorry. Older guy in my car club had a stroke in March and has not progressed much, so instead of waiting for him to get better we're building a ramp so he can at least come home. We were supposed to finish it yesterday and the afternoon got away from us, so we'll be finishing up after work Monday.
