outch the sears looks beat.... as mater of fact so does that Coleman 5120...
have a lead on a 228d in riverside for cheep..... the cost of fuel to get it is going to be double the cost of the lantern.... but the dirty nickle is calling me to come save it.
i tryed to have a buddy of mine in corona pick it up for me but he flaked out.
i asked a friend of mine who lives in corona to pick it up for be and since he comes to my area to see another friend if he could bring it to me. i told him i would give him some money for time and fuel.
well he flaked on me..... i was going to drive out there tonight and get the damn thing myself but it sold..... sigh just cant freaking win.
is what it is i guess..... i did make it clear that i would reemburse him the 20dollars for the lantern PLUS some extra for time and fuel... because we all know our time and fuel are worth something.
anyways, just got home from work digging a 50' trench in wet sloppy clay 24" deep..... i am gonna find some grub and maybe burn off the little bit of fuel left in my 228F shakedown burn before i declare it finished after its take down and cleaning/ polishing.
