Sounds like everyone is rocking and rolling right along, I'll be in touch. When its 8 pm wed night there in Mo, its 5 am thursday morning here. So I have a 9 hr jump start on the monthly thread start time lol
It's all yours.
...just keep yourself in one piece over there, Rich.
Oh no there buddy, that gig is all yours, I'm just picking. Well got my glock 19 (9MM) instead of the 45 .....but 3 clips of hydra shock rounds
Full auto capable M-4 with 5 30 rd clips of tracer and flight gear tomorrow, will end up getting duel qualified on the UH-1 Huey also (remember them RC?)
This will make the biggest difference. Throw in dual exhaust and that ole' truck will be rockin' and rollin' along! Good to see someone in the younger generation with a clue how this stuff works. Holler if ya' need a hand.
Yes, buzzing and sparks is no good out of the starter solenoid. I would tell you to make sure the connections are really clean. If they are, just pick up a new solenoid. It's about $25-$30.
Remember, at 600 CCA to turn these engines over. A Kia battery won't do it at all.
Neither will an Eclipse battery, I have new cables, solenoid, starter and my old battery to prove that one. Somebody nabbed my battery (850CCA)for his Eclipse with the boomin stereo and put his lower CCA(500CCA) same case size battery in MS Dent. Now she cranks over like she should. I discovered the battery swap after replacing all the other compnents in the system.
I'm trying to take it easy. My arm feels like it's break in half and fall off at my elbow. I threw a crank sensor on for a customer this morning and I just got Lee's rear brakes done. I'm gonna see how I feel a little later and see if I can get the front fuel tank in today.
Evening gentlemen....at 55F it's hard to believe it's the 26th of January. Not complaining...I like this kind of weather.

I didn't realize they were still flying those over there in the sandbox. I think the last one I remember seeing airborne was 10 years ago...and it was an Air Nation Guard bird. My dad was a Huei crew chief during the Vietnam era for the Army. I know he was in Germany for a while, but don't think he got that all expenses paid vacation to the tourist trap of Asia.

I know the U.S. sold a bunch of UH 1H Iroquois to the Iraqis a while back. I used to see them every once in a while over the FOB. It confused me until someone explained it to me.
