I noticed while cranking that after several seconds my oil pressure gauge registers about 30 so oil is flowing.

I might have to get this thing towed in to a garage. I am almost at my wits end. Either that or buy a new IDM, IPR, ICP and see what happens.

Did you take out the IDM and shake it around and listen for water sloshing inside? Semi-common issue, thanks to the, er, sub-optimal location.

Yeah, I took it out, and opened it up, looked good inside, but who knows. No rust or anything.

Take it out and shake it and see if you can hear anything.

I checked my IPR voltage again today and it was 12 volts with key on, so I put the pigtail back on, and tried to start the truck and it started. I was shocked.
BUT, then it died. But my high pressure fuel pump is leaking a bunch of fuel and I think it got air in the system, so it won't run again. Where can I get the O ring that goes in the high pressure fuel pump by the little screen? I called Ford and they don't even list it.
I hope it is just air getting in the system now.

email dieselorings.com, if its available seperate for you, Bob should have it

On second thought, I'm not sure which oring you're talking about. Is it on the fuel bowl, regulator, or the fuel pump?

Where the high pressure fuel pump hooks up to the fuel bowl, there is a small screen that fits snugly into the fuel bowl, but supposedly it should have an o-ring. I have a big leak there and I think it is putting air into the system.

The pump doesn't directly hook to the fuel bowl, as it sits in the valley behind and below the fuel bowl, just the regulator on the drivers side hooks up to it and that sounds like what you are talking about. If that is what you are talking about, bob has an oring kit.

Is the leak right around any of these parts??

Right above where you have the arrow for the fuel filter restrictor, you will see two bolts that hold on the regulator. When you remove those two bolts there is a little screen in there that protrudes and it fits into the fuel bowl. That is where it is leaking
