I wouldn't mind visiting germany. How long would you be stationed there? The stang is looking pretty good though, I forgot it was an auto. It will suck to see the Zebra go but if you replace it with a 78 then maybe i can forgive you I suck at doing body work, i think if i had the patients to sand it properly and didn't mind all the dust then maybe it could be better. If i had the proper booth set up i think my spray paint jobs would turn out better.
I would be stationed there for 3-5 years or wherever else they send me.
I drive the coupe daily. Everywhere i go people stop and talk about it or tell me about the cars they had and sold. Its always good to gear from sp many people
Hmm, you could end up bringing an older Mini back or some awesome german car. I have some people when i am at work that compliment my bronco or ask if it is for sale. There is also a guy with a Blazer that is i think a 74 who stops in once in a while. I got to laugh at him cause his top was leaking int he rain and mine wasn't.
Yeah i get asked if its for sale all the time. Itd be awesome to drive a classic mustang overseas then bring back a classic Aston Martin or something here and cruise around. What was Bonds car? A 63 DB5 i think.
Yup, Top Gear on BBC america just covered 50 of the bond cars including the Aston Martins they featured. The DB5 they got almost didn't make it in because Aston Martin wasn't going to loan them a car, they had to buy it. In the end they worked it out.
I had one when I was in Afghanistan last time. It was a bit different driving with shifter on your left lol. That and everytime I went to get in to drive I got in the wrong side lol...
