The camper thread! Pulling, using, equipment, maintenance!
I set it all up and put the toon on it yesterday right away. Man it is high up there! But it is much more stable. The poor Odyssey is going to reject its transmission with this one yet.
Do you have a single or twin axle trailer? The fun part about a bunk trailer is loading it with a current or cross wind, you have to come in "hot" so you can give it the final push on the bunks to get the bow tie down hooked.

@Excurvelle Let's see some more pics of the other side and inside.

Here you go. There are a lot of plusses but a couple of things that we will have to get use to. The front pass thru is large but the doors are not big enough for the wife's outside chairs, they will have to be transported inside. The poop tank can't fit in the front either but we can strap it on the back rack (this was a huge selling point for me). The rack can handle 4 bikes BUT it must be down to hook the 50 AMP in. Since it is close behind it and the house I took it off, just 4 pins. If the bikes are on the back I think the tank can be strapped on the front above the batteries.
We also have a residential fridge with an inverter for travel, I need to make sure it is off or the trailer is unplugged during the alternator's glow plug cycle. The fire place is decorative and can put off heat. I have a 30AMP RV outlet on the garage wall, the travel trailer stays plugged into it, makes for a great retreat.
The upgrades we have planned are slide toppers for the left side and a second A/C in the bed room.
I need to move the other 3 trailers around the driveway parking area to maximize the space being used.
Ok, setting the Propride up, The camper is level. Front of Ex tire to wheel lip is 5 1/4", rear is 4 3/4" Bottom of hitch to ground is 7". Weight distribution is tightened. The truck is empty and has 1/2 tank of fuel, camper does not have clothes or food in it, tanks are empty. To me it looks like it is set up, what do you guys think? Also, the air bags are not inflated.

I'd love that rear rack. I'm always looking for more storage space. (poop tank, generator, bikes, etc.
With the residential fridge, I'd be putting a couple 6 volt GC batteries on the trailer to power the inverter. Seems like most larger trailers are going this route nowadays.

On second look, Mr Obvious just realized those are your truck tires.
Ted, The rig looks great! I was pretty impressed with those Open Range TTs from what I saw at the Hershey RV show, quality units!
Keep an eye on that sand foot/bottom pad on your power tongue jack, make sure that you raise it to a spot where it will not be able to interfere with the hitch's spring bars on tight turns. Member Oilfield Trash just had an unplanned adventure with his new Pro-Pride hitch due to spring bar/jack foot contact.
Will you be taking any longer tow trips or staying mostly in FL?
