Actually, that's a concept car, built on an ALMS (American LeMans Series) chassis. It's the only one they've built, and no one will allow it to actually race, including Mazda.....
Other than the fact...that it is going to be racing in 2010..
It's funny how much difference it can make just taking a vehicle that's sat up out for a good drive.
I took my truck on a short trip this past weekend, and I took the highway to a friend's house. On the way back, I held it at about 60mph, ~2500RPM. Fastest that truck has been in almost a year. When I was leaving my house at first, the truck ran choppy at idle and at speed. When I got back into town and was on my way home, it ran like a whole nother truck...it idled much better, didn't load up even once (used to do that all the time), and at speed, it's like a brand new truck! I do notice that when I reconnected the steering column to the shaft on the steering box, I didn't center the wheel and now there's a slight pull to the right felt through the steering wheel. I just have to get ahold of a small enough socket so I can loosen the clamp and realign it.
I have lots of plans for it. I'm wanting to get the front end rubber parts replaced, install a Flowmaster 40 Series (found one new at O'Reillys for $57 plus tax, MUCH better than Pep Boys' price of $93!!), move my Sunpro tach to the column (it's on the dash right now), and totally redo all of my custom wiring. I want to do color-coded wiring for my Autometer gauges, put together some sort of harness for my stereo, and then have everything bundled cleanly and organized so it doesn't look like a rat's nest under the dash. lol
Thats awsome Kirby!
I just went from windows XP to 7 and love it.
Awesome indeed!
I've been running windows 7 since the beta. Preordered the retail version back last summer, and recieved it the day it was released.
Have a dual-boot system with XP Pro and Win7 x64.

Right now I have 2 hard drives, one 64 bit XP and one 64 bit 7. I can change which one I use when it boots up. Other than getting old files off I really can't see wanting to go back to XP. This Rocks! I have yet to find anything thats not at least 3X as fast!
Not meaning to change the subject, but I was curious if there was a forum set up like this one for dodge trucks? I have a few mid-late 80's Ramchargers and B-series Vans. I found a bunch of dodge ones, but none seem to have anything specific to the ramchargers or vans, just the pickups. Thanks

I have mine setup the same way, except XP Pro 32bit on a 500Gb drive, and Win7 64bit on the 640Gb drive.
Until I built this AMD64 system, I still had win XP/ win 98 (1st ed.) as a dual boot. Never started win 98 other than to update a few programs. It was just nice to have a backup OS if anything ever happened to XP. I set that board/CPU/ram/video card and hard drive aside, and could put it back together in less than an hour, if need be. It worked great for over 5 years, just was getting too old to cut the mustard. (AGP and DDR/SDRam, plus athlon XP) Needless to say, I had to buy all new hardware when I built this one....
Currently, I seldom boot XP, but it's there, just in case. I do try to start it about once a month, to update the virus program or anything else that has updates available. I do occasionally fire it to play older games that won't work on win7, since my son likes to do LAN games with GRID and NFSU2 (latter not win7 compatible).
Since my Win XP Pro was retail, it's still the same copy I used on the old system. Legal, as long as both aren't in use at the same time.

I don't know of any dodge truck/ramcharger specific forums. Others may be able to direct you to one, though.
BTW, in a general chat thread, you can change the topic anytime you want. It may or may not stay changed, though....... LOL.
