How much do you haul?
I hauled about 300,000 pounds worth in the last 2 years, but I can't find much with prices so high. All the people I was getting it from are selling it themselves.
Worst part is most of what I hualed was when prices were $1-5.5 per 100 pounds.
After it hit $6/100 I lost the place I was getting 75% of it from.
I have 3 places to clean up and one more I need to talk to the owner of, then I have nothing to haul at all.
dang that stinks, most of the stuff is old junk we need parts off of, then crush the rest, right now we're just getting rid of some old junk that we dont need.
Well for one, I got my driver's license. I also went and had a Flowmaster 40 Series put on my truck. Totally different sound! What surprised me is that it's actually not that loud, yet upon acceleration I can hear it pretty good. One of the best parts is the much-reduced interior sound levels. I can actually talk normally while driving now. :P And it seems to have made a difference in power, too. Picks right up and goes without a problem, and it accelerates what I think is much quicker than it used to.
I also re-aimed my headlights, since they were way off from where they should be. Five minutes and now I can see much better with the low beams. I want to get some more Silverstars at some point.
I love the flowmaster 40 under my truck. Seems like the perfect balance between a little sound, and great flow. Since I'm running a 300, I used single 2.25 all the out behind the rear tire.
