I wanna run my Supercoupe at road course... the stock racing type suspension is something i want to try out on it haha. hmmm 2 Rx7's and a 280Z...mines fuel injected though...wonder who would win?


In other news, i got my truck back from the shop today, it was just too cold for me to get on the ground and change my torque converter...which happened to NOT be the problem anyways, turns out my harmonic balancer had came apart...but wasnt wobbling when you took the belts off for some reason... but its fixed and running the best it has since i put this motor in

Would not be the 280Z, its on jack stands right know.lol

I would be willing to run my crown vic with an RX7, the police cars are faster than most people think if you give them a few mods.

haha i know they are, ive raced one in my truck haha. i had him til 115, then he pulled away...I live in a small town

regular 302 EFI...idk my truck is amazing i guess, i was suprised. cause you know the 80s models speedos are buried after 85 so i didnt know how fast it was, but we pulled up to a gas station afterwards and he was like DAMN! and told me he started leaving me after he hit like 120. it was the interceptor too, it was an on duty officer i was racing haha.

Yeah, I took it in today and it failed. I am at a toss up, how much more do I invest in the truck, or do I cut the losses?

I would start a thread for this to get the most help, but I can help some.

What motor?
Are the plugs and plug wires fairly new and is the carb tuned?
Does it idle nice and smooth, or does it have a miss to it?
