Planning to do the same thing....got any pictures of how you made the attachment at the rad support and did you need to move anything out of the way?

The passenger side was easy. Just used the existing holes where the stock piece went. On The driver's side, I had to cut an opening about 3 inches square. THe collectors or just bolted on.

Nothing too fancy here! Just added electric choke to my Holley 4160 and then installed my glove box liner I ordered from LMC so I can throw more nuts and bolts in there

Ordered some Bully AS-600 steps that were on sale for $54, should be here tonight!

I've been busy again today! Added Bully AS-600 Steps to my truck today!

I used the mini-round hardware supports and drilled a support bolt into the crossmember frame pied for support. I'm 250 and they aren't going ANYWHERE!

Picture for reference ~ Also, make sure to have your leaf blower handy to get rid of the metal shavings as you work!

After 11 years sitting the 77 F150 2WD moved today. Took a little oomph but it moved. Back wheels turned OK but the pads on the passenger wheel were seized to the disk and had to rock the truck a few time to get them to break free.

Long day catching up on maintenance. It hasn't been driven much is years but the last major service was probably 10+ years go.

Rear diff oil
Transfer case oil
Transmission oil
New radiator hoses
New thermostat
New radiator cap
Coolant change
Started working on the heater core but ran out of daylight

Moved my ham radio from a direct battery connection to upfitter 1. Much easier to turn the radio on and off, and not have to worry about leaving it on to drain my battery (and also eliminate the need for setting the auto power off timer on the radio).

Added an overhead console to hold sunglasses and registration and insurance.

Got it out of a 2004 Armada.
I took the liner down and put a piece of luan above the liner to drive some screws into it. That was no fun. Had to get the wife to help me get it back in place. Cut a few thin strips and used them to help hold it up while moving it around and getting it in the exact position.

Does your truck have the spare tire carrier? Is so, did you have to modify it for the hitch to fit?

My 75 F-150 has it's original painted step bumper. A few years back I bought, what I assumed, was a super nice chrome step bumper. Last year I decided to install it.....learning real quick...that it was made for a truck
with a frame 2 1/2" narrower then my sweet Stella. Who makes the adaptor brackets? Pictures attached...I hope.

I don't know who make the brackets you are looking for, but I vote to keep your original. Chrome is nice and all, just not on the back of a dent. My two cents.

Score a sliding window with seal (for the window) for $100 locally. Came out of a 1994 F150, slid right in the 1978 very easily. We used the trimmer string method, slid right in here. From old window to new(er) window in was less than 30 minutes and one youtube video watch!

All in a 1-2 beer job.

I installed a Curt 14001 class 4 hitch I installed last year on the '74 SuperCab. I do have the slide out spare tire carrier. I didn't have to make any modifications to the carrier or hitch. I do remember drilling holes in the frame.
