You know your driving an excursion when you go to home depot to buy a palette of supplies and you ask a home depot employees to fork lift it in your SUV. He says what kind of SUV can hold a whole palette? Excursion the king of SUV's.
That is "Free Valet Parking" then.
"Just leave it up front next to the Lamborghini."
Our downtowns here don't have parking, so they all have valet which is free with validation in the restaurant or bars or shop etc, the cost wasn't a problem.. just don't want 17/18 yr olds driving a bus around in crowded lots...
Plus i hate giving away the key
The valet manager asks if YOU would mind parking it yourself in their lot, since he doesn't think any of his guys SHOULD be driving it.

True story guys, last Saturday my wife and I went out to dinner in the EX. Valet only type place, we usually go in a car but I was in the mood to drive the Ex (I'm always in the mood to drive the Ex) lol. So, I pull in to the lot and smile at the valet guy as I'm not stopping and parked it in a special place. As I'm walking towards them one said I could have parked it for you, at the time he was in a new Benz. So, I looked at him and said if I had a COMMON car like a Benz or a Porsche I would have let you. His face just dropped, anyway my wife an I really enjoyed dinner!
Just say no to valet!
You know you drive an Excursion (and have some mental issues) when you're on the 3rd Ex you've owned and you still visit your old Excursions you've sold years ago...
i'm weird. yes i still sit in them. don't judge me.

Thanks for admitting that Russ, you'll be ok. I think.
You know you drive an Excursion when you still own it after 14 years.
You know you drive an Excursion when you are the only one that can fix your truck.
You know you drive an Excursion when you have spent enough extra money on gas to buy a whole nother car.
You know you drive an Excursion when you can drive 215000 miles without ever being cut off.
You know you drive an Excursion when you come here for answers before you would ever call a shop.
And last,
You know you drive an Excursion when you can't get out of the truck after parking next to your wife's Explorer in the garage.
Oh yeah and,
You know you drive an Excursion when you can see your truck on Google Earth.
You know you drive an Excursion when you come here for answers before you would ever call a shop.
I think we can all relate to this one. It made me laugh
When we were just shopping for and Expy I started to spend time in the Expy forum, and very quickly found it lacking the support that we have in this forum. The guys over there are great, for the handfull that participate, BUT NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING COMPARES to this one.
