November Chat Thread
I had a good explanation as to why I needed it, but as I went to FTE, I got sidetracked by facebook, and now I forgot :P
I just want something I can have open and constantly monitor the bandwidth being used.
I have a full gas can now, so tomorrow I'm going to see if I get my truck running.

How to keep track of your bandwidth usage?
I did some quick reading through one of the pages linked to on that site and I think "Bitmeter 2" is a good choice.

Hooray I get paid tomorrow!!! I've decided I'm just going to buy an iPod Touch since it'll be a bunch of mess trying to find an iPhone cheap (I'm lazy/impatient...lol), and I want one new. :P
Hey Josh, do you know if an iPod Touch can communicate with an iPhone in any way?

Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
by the routers and makes its way to monitoring & reporting hosts generally via
SNMP traps. I don't know if the el Cheapo home devices can do this but I
seriously doubt it, most users don't have a clue as to what is actually going on
nor do they care. As Kirby has suggested, let google be your friend....
Is it just me, or is this site in BAD shape lately?
internetbrands.com, 3fatchicks.com, flyertalk.com were all totally unresponsive.
BUT carsdirect.com was partially working - the text part was sorta working
(albeit slowly) but no images. Didn't do any more thorough investigating than
that, methinks they had network problems or maybe they didn't pay their ISP bill.

Even at this very moment (Sat morning approx 7AM MST) they're experiencing what I
would consider to be extreme latency; compare to att.com:

I found a whole bunch of folders that were created before I got this computer that I suspect I can do away with, but I don't know. Most are just #'s, but a couple have names like JGarcia, Juser, ect... They show to contain Cookies and temp files as well as java and a few other things.
This computer was a school computer and I suspect I don't need this program since I haven't used it since I got it. I think it's for networking the computers "Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0" I was going to uninstall it but it gave me a warning that other programs may not work properly. So I clicked repair instead and it went from 59MB to 84MB. What do you guys think?
I really don't want to have to remove any of the 3 main programs or compress the disc.
