good workout today...worked my legs... 300 lbs on the leg press...30 repswith both legs...
160 lbs 30 reps with each leg
back extension 200 lbs 45 reps
30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the bike

I'd rather wear glasses.
Maybe someday when I'm old and I need cataracts taken out then I'll get them to fix everything else while they're already in there.
Til then I'll stick with my glasses thanks.

Evening everyone! I dont work out at all, so I dont have anything to add. Julie is disgusted with my metabolism. I eat all day and night, nothing happens, just burn it off. I've been 5' 10'' 175-180 since high school, and it never changes. My whole family is that way, very, very lucky. If I ever have to diet I'll be screwed, I love food too much!

I seemed to have put on about 10lbs per year after the age of 35. I'm fighting it though, dammit!!

I just turned 30. I dont know Joe, my entire family is the same way...We are the ones you hate at the gym....still got my six pack too....
