O.k. I dont think ill be around much tonight, or tomorrow.
Alli, has her spend the night Birthday party tonight. 10 twelve year old girls running around, but, I have a plan...... Since I am one of Ansley's softball coaches, she and I have to be at a make up game tonight from 7ish till 9ish. then we are coming home, having cake and ice cream and moving outside to sleep in the camper tonight. We have to be back at the softball field by 7:30am for pictures, and then a game at 9am. By the time we get home all those tweens should be outta my house.
Eek...10 tweens. Scary. Lemmie guess, they are waching twilight tonight?

Yeah they are pretty expensive... But they are really cool. With 52 lbs, you can still blast pretty good.
A trainer one time showed me a way to tire your arms out with very little weight, and it does work! What ya do is take the weight, do just the bottom of a curl, like from your leg, to a 90, do that 10-20 times, then do the top (arm flexed to a 90) for the same amount of reps, then do the whole curl. At first I didnt think it would tire me out, but I could barely do them all haha.
Whats up with that movie Twilight?! Is it a chick flick or something?!
That does sound like it would tire your arm out quickly!
I dont know the specific name of it but when my knee was messed up my PT guy showed me something. Instead of focusing on lifting the weight he said focus on going down. Go as slow as you can when you let the weight down to your side...good lord man...I started shaking and looked like a lil you know what...
Good evening everyone. Was helping a buddy do some welding with my mig welder on his boat trailer after work. Dam thing quit feeding out wire. Sounds normal but it is not moving the feed wheels. Not sure what is wrong. Maybe I will tear into that tomorrow.
Made some minor adjustments to the tail section on the new exhaust so it does not hang down so low.

only 10 12 year old girls?? lucky you!!
we have at least 25 17 year old girls across the street for a birthday party.
everyone on the block has resigned themselves to not getting any sleep tonight, so we figured if you can't keep them quiet, join them.

my PT girl did the same thing for me with the blown out rotator cuffs. she stressed concentrating on a slow letdown therapy at arm length rather than lifting at length. it hurt like hell, but it made a big difference in building up muscle tone for pain management and shoulder strength.
at start, i had problems with 1 lb. now i do 3 10 count reps from touching weights over my head to down at my side, alternating front drops and side drops with
10 lb weights.
an envelope with 2 first class plane tickets out of Newark Airport to L.A.X., and then another set from L.A.X. to Hawaii, and a phone # for a limo service with instructions to call and setup a time for pickup.
sorry ED. i guess you really don't hate me, huh??
just one question. will there be someone in Hawaii to meet me and set me in the proper direction for the next leg, or will that come in an email?

Seems to be two metal feed wheels. You can hear the normal "clunk" sound it make when it feeds but no turn on the feed. I am thinking maybe a keeper of some sort on the shaft let go. I cannot see much without tearing it down further to see how everything connects to the motor. It is a Hobart. Not sure on the model. A 110V unit with gas.

Not sure what this is all about other than the references here in the OT but sounds like a blast. Never been to Hawaii.

.
if it's like mine the wheel is drove by a woodruff key.if it's to be easy the key sheared or dropped out
Then inside is a motor similar to an electric window motor.I haven't been into that yet
Theres also a feed motor circuit breaker
