Hey Mark, 2 layers of 5/8''? ugh...heavy junk...I like how the pro hangers are bald just on the top of their head from holding up the sheetrock.lol
ED- where you located in relation to Bothell/Kenmore? I am down that way a lot, and get very bored hanging out with the inlaws. It would be awesome to leave them to hang drywall. I mean it, seriously, it would be awesome. I'd be happy to help you out.

I'm still about 1 1/2 hours south, I bought my house in Sumner, got annex to Bonney Lake and my Mail comes to Lake Tapps so not sure where I really live anymore.
Do you guys remember how I was making mention of wanting a DRW flatbed for plowing and doing 5th wheel work?
This morning when dad and I left the house we swung down past the road to the shop and dad showed me a red OBS PowerStroke SRW 4x4 w/service box and Fisher plow mount (no blade)
He said we could have it for 3,200$ and convert it to DRW and have a flatbed put on and get a blade for it and be good to go. Plus we know where there's a wrecked DRW that we can get hubs/wheels from.
Good Afternoon All. What a day. Last night we went to a friends house for a flashlight easter egg hunt. They have a zip line and after the hunt the kids were playing on it. Some kid tried to run in front of J-L as she was on it, she panicked and let go. I iced her ankle up last night. We woke up this morning and it was swollen pretty good. Off to the hospital and luckily nothing is broken. They put an air splint on it. She is a trooper though no complaints or anything!

Oh, glad she is ok.
I remember years back when my youngest one was about maybe 6 or 7 and we called her danger baby, she did every crazy thing there was, drove us nuts. Well one day after watching her cousin jump off the swing set, she decided to one up him and climbs on top of swing set does a couple of spins and free falls on purpose flying thru the air, blam arm first then face.
Walks real calm into the house and looks at me while she is holding her arm and starts to tell me the story, her cousin in the mean time is freaking out yelling the whole story. She didn't look hurt, didn't acted hurt so I listen to her story. asked her if she was OK and she said she wasn't sure, real calm the whole time. So I said suck it up and go play, and thats when the the waterworks and the crying came big time.
Wife takes her to Hospital, broken arm and the end of danger baby. She found out what pain was and didn't want any more of it and to this day I still get flack for telling her to suck it up.
Love my kids and the things they do.
In the car on the way back from cheerleading a friend of my girls says in a word game they were playing.
Susan and I have been busy today. Went and ran some errands, went clothes shopping for both of us (I got to pay for everything....hmmmm), went to lunch, just her and I (I got to pay...), took a nap, had a little *fun*, took another nap, had a little *fun* and are now getting ready to take all of the kids to Chuy's in Shenandoah for some Tex-Mex and margaritas (I will get to pay...). Later tonight we are going to an impromptu wake for my buddy Donnie at Molly's Pub in Conroe.
All in all, a very good day off.
Clay, I got your PMs and will be taking some measurements. Big Boost on the way for me.
Hey no more posting alcoholic beverages on the site- I'm lucky if the family sends me some "Listerine" hehe. That's just a damn tease considering I got another 4.5 months out here... Today I spent about 5+ hrs with the other mech on the team swapping a radiator in a humvee. Not too hard, just very labor intensive as you gotta take off a lotta crap just to get to it. Jim, glad your girls ok, but tell her next time to take the other kid out (if it's the same or older age hehe) so at least she goes down fighting LOL. Man I remember as a kid growing up in the Bronx we had these aluminum seated swings on about 10' of chain, and I saw more kids run infront of them and get hit than I care to remember. Hopefully soon we'll be headed south to do some riverine ops, can't wait! Hopefully I don't get the big green weenie and get re-assigned somewhere not-fun hehe. Oh and the wife called me today on Skype and told me she got laid off, but thankully she's been on dissability so at least we got something coming in on her end. She's got a masters and it's hard to get jobs even with experience. Man it's getting real bad out there...... Good night ya'll it's 0051 here, and I gotta get up in 6 hrs. Ya'll have a good day now!
It's not all shiny new, but it works and doesn't cost us an arm and a leg to own.
I can really respect this. I would rather do repairs and maintenece over owning brand spanking new and all my cash goes to payments. If a guy can do his own repairs, its really a good experience!(most times!)
