They admitted me after 6 hours of testing and poking and proddingand xrays and ct scan and bloodwork and bloodwork and bloodwork...
about midday tuesday they figured out what was wrong...my Dr didnt belong to that hospital...so they packed me off to another hospital and after 2 more days of money making tests and and endoscopy, scheduled surgery for friday morning.Being fed thru an IV sucks...I gained 10 lbs!
They fixed me up and sent me back to my room to recover for a couple days...saturday night I had a 102.7 fever so I got more tests and more bloodwork, bloodwork bloodwork!
they have no clue why I had a fever ( i am blaming the damn feed tube!
SO I finally got released today about 1 pm after a sleepless night praying my fever would stay down!
I posted this in another thread...so dont go looking for it here...
You have had a rough time for the last few months Mark. Get better now. Lynn and I will be in Sun City April 30 - May 4th so we want to meet you and Cris this time.
It really is a lot going on, Sheldon...Im just so glad that I am NOT a diabetic on top of all that...the OR nurse thought I was because they were giving me insulin to offset all the sugar in the IV feed line...

Ya know Brad, one thing "they" say helps out your back, is doing sit ups, and those backward sit ups. It supposedly strengthens your muscles out, and keeps everything nice and tough back there.
