Ugh....... I really hate thieves.........

I am so glad I check my bank account almost everyday. Just logged on to check it and found out someone has got a hold of my debit card number and is charging stuff for xbox live. So far only 3 charges show amounts next to them for over $100 and there are 6 more pending without dollar amounts next to them since they were just charged. I had to cancel my card and now waiting for a new one. I can't file a true complaint until the charges clear my account....

Why the hell can't people get their own ****ing money to pay for stuff? Why in the hell do they have to steal from someone who makes no money sitting on her *** at home? I just don't f'ing understand it. Get off your lazy *** and get a job to pay for your own gaming habit, don't steal from a stay at home mom or anyone for that matter. People **** me off.

Cris... I know that sucks. We almost had a similar situation last Friday, but it turned out really well for us.

I was on the way down the road to meet up with ym Schaeffer's rep to pick up a case of oil, and my wife called me and said immediately..."You have to pull over so we can talk, RIGHT NOW!!"

Short story is that our credit card company had contaacted us to investigate two charges - first was a $1 charge for emailing 4 pics from my phone to my laptop, so that was cool... second one had been denied by the CC company, but was for a single charge to a beauty supply center for.....

... get THIS now....

$2,487.68....

... and the place of business was in ISRAEL!!!

Good news is that the credit card company immediately canceled our account, notified all three credit reporting agencies, and had the new cards for the new account number on the way to us...

... and we had ZERO liability!!

That really SUCKS Cris, I had someone steal a check out of my mailbox wash it change the amout and then cash it. They were so stupid they put their own name on the pay to line and had to put their thumb print on the check to cash it. The amount they cashed the check for was 750.00 and the bank would not go after them because they said it would cast them more in lawer fees than the amount of the check. So what did they do just put their name in their computer as a person not to accept a check from. I just dont understand sometimes.

Cris that is crappy as hell.
Does it say where the charges originated? My charges give phone number or place of business and locale.
I hope it works out. I agree about ******s needing to be responsible for their own crap. I get phone charges from people who sign up on line for stuff and bill it to motel phone. Big Duh people it still has your information.

Had that happen to me also Cris. Twice. Once from a clothing shop in Chicago and once for stuff from Amazon. After investigations on each I had zero liability. You should not either. It does suk though

I am not responsible for any of it but it just pisses me off. I think this is crap on Cris week. It has been a hell of a week all around. I think I need to just go crawl in a hole and let people **** on me since that is what is happening everyday one way or another.

I'm glad your credit card company caught the charges Pete!

Hope people quit taking advantage of you Moose, there is nothing worse than that feeling.

Thanks for letting me vent everyone!

Okay Cris....you need a glass of wine.
It is just a rough week. It will all pass. I am so sorry it happened. Maybe someday all the weenies of the world will just defy gravity and be sucked into space.

jay I still kinda freaked by your avatar. It just doesn't look right. It looks like a red slug creeping through engine.

Alrighhty so how is every one doing on this fine Wednesday? So here is my story....
The new 08 450 is already in the shop. On Monday my Chris and I changed the Engine oil and all went well so we decided to change the trans fluid. First the fricken ford dealer ship want 67.95 for a trans filter second never listen to the parts guy no offense Ed I know your smarter then the ones down here. He said to add [U][B]19 quarts of fluid[U][B] So we started out with adding 15 Qt just to be safe and we went for a spin and then we stopped and looked under the truck and there was a huge puddle of fluid and we about Shi* our selves so we raced home and dropped the pan because we thought the pan seal gave out. So we do the whole thing again and at the 15Qt we did before and went down the road and then then we checked it at it and saw that it was leaking once I saw that I about passed out on the side of the road so we went home and just left it there for the night. So in the AM I decided to just take it to the the ford shop. Today I find out it was 4 Qt's over What it should have been
I thought the trans was a goner but the shop says all is good

I have a tough time listening to people about vehicles. Especially at ford dealers. (Smile Ed I do not mean you. I think you are the only right guy at any Ford dealer)

Nick I am so sorry. But at least you have a tranny that lived to see another day.

And I did have another thought about his avatar but i wont even go there. It does totally creep me out.

So how's everyone doing today?

Dad and I went to take a second look at the feller-buncher we could potentially buy.

It's missing a few hydraulic cylinders off the head. It's got no cylinder on the main grabbing arms or the accumulator arms. And it must not start right now because the air filter cover is off and the side panels are off. It wasn't taken apart when we looked quickly yesterday. And there was a ladder leaning on it today.

There's a big pile of material out in that operation's yard so we're hoping we can barter with them. We screen the material, give em a few thousand dollars and take the feller-buncher with us on our way out.

Good news is it's Cummins powered and we're good on Cummins engines. We're rebuilding one in a dozer right now. Just waiting for wrist pin bushings before we re-assemble everything. Then we've got a 5.9 Cummins to rebuild in a loader.
