Snowboard season cometh..

man oh man is it dead in here!! the rain stopped a day early here!! yippeee!!! so tomorrow afternoon I'll be spreading fall fertilizer & tweaking the Passat.... oh yeah, and job hunting too!

No kidding. Evening Steve.
Well shooting today was stupid. The guy who let us shoot on his land is having a huge fight with his neighbor and his neighbor turned us in for shooting. Nice lil visit from the Sheriff. Everything was fine, but he looked a little funny at us with the guns we had. He liked my MP5 clone a lot! lol
So, we had to call it early in the interest of peace.
How was everyone else's weekend?
Claire said goodnight to my truck tonight you guys, lol, it was awesome. She actually asked to walk out to my shop and see daddy's "loud truck" in her words, and tell my truck goodnight. I was so proud of her I could have cried...lol Guess she's seen me do that too....:-) She's almost 18 months...

Had a great weekend, we went up to CT GTG with Jim's (megawatt00) turbo, and injector install.

That sounds like fun! I'd love to do injectors someday. Only gotten as far as tightening them, which was pretty easy. I'm heading to Oregon in a couple weeks to do my buddies, he needs injectors tightened, trans flush, cps, bunch of goodies. Should be fun.

And spent some time elbow deep in my doors! Can someone rep Steve for me when they get a chance? The guy pulled my door latches and installed the new sensors while I stood there and watched.

They say that in New England if you don't like the weather just wait a minute. It is true. Driving home from Pete's yesterday it was raining all the way. We drove right by the exit for Gillette Stadium and it was raining by the time JL and I got home (20 minutes from the stadium) and put the game on it was snowing like crazy. The field was white. Same thing here. Turned back to rain and all gone now.
Pete thanks once again for opening up the shop for all of us. It was a great weekend!!

i got to put the new driveshaft in the 02 Saturday morning in the rain.
lucky for me the new shaft was ready Friday night, cause the crown vic tossed a u-joint on the way home Friday.
ford's computer is wrong. my truck is not supposed to have a CV joint in it.
after putting the d-shaft in, i spent the rest of Saturday and all day Sunday knocking the rear quarter panel out, and replacing the rear suspension on the driver side of my nephews brand new 5 day old Honda civic.
a non english speaking dipstick ran a red light and t-boned him last week.
insurance company said almost $11,000 in damages. i got the complete rear suspension for $100, and it is gonna cost around $700 for a door and quarter panel.
the hard part is gonna be paint. i am figuring around $350 for a quart.
