Jim - nice ride! I love to drive the truck, but it's nice to have a little scoot for city parking. My buddy is borrowing my 96 Passat right now while his car is in the shop. To replace the alternator on an S500 you have to drain & remove the radiator... oh yeah! good luck on the job interview!
Thanks Brendan. It is a fun car to drive. I have to get used to it though.
The job interview went well. It basically consisted of them reading me questions from a paper and me answering them. The ysaid that they will call in a few days. The only thing that is against me here is that they want you to be 30 minutes or less away for emergency call in's I am about 40-45.

She hasn;t seen the Mustang yet it is at my mothers I just got it registered today. I'm betting on the truck.....well maybe both if I know her.

I am off to pick up Rick at the airport. His flight is landing at 9. I will catch up with you later I still have to get the man his Miller light on the way out.
pictures! there has to be some of you dirty somewhere!
and an overdraft notice from the bank...and Imma tell them togo f themselves...I had a $33 credit first and a $14 debit after (parts store)
they drew the debit first and hit me with a $35 overdraft fee
This qualify? It's not exactly recent, I was probably 15 when it was taken.
You can try this one on for size. Can't see it, but guaranteed I was filthy in this picture. Day 3 or 4 of a hunting trip.
Also call your bank and explain the overdraft to them. They'll probably reverse it. I heard on the news the other day that a lot of banks are doing away with overdraft fees.

if so, i have one from the truck i parted out that only needs a good cleaning.
I'm pretty sure 99-03 7.3's had the same intercooler, only thing that changed was the size of the pipes. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I have leaky up pipes, only way to truly fix is to go with the nice International variety, and they don't make those for E99's. I also have a nice new set of boots I can't use because they are too big. Of course this would mean going to a different spyder and turbo, but, I've heard there's a good market out there for E99 turbos in good condition.
I plan to go down when I have the receipts in hand, to my branch I opened the account...if they wont reverse it I will close the account...if they wont close it with a negative balance. I will pay it with unrolled pennies...its legal tender...
another crap day here. it's been in the low 40's with a constant drizzle up to a moderate rain for the past day or so, and will stay this way until Monday... oh friggin' joy. Time to get some indoor projects done I guess!

That one sucked, I gotta say. My dad had this old motorhome he got for nearly free, and the tank was full but the fuel was bad. We had to drop the tank, which just happened to be rusted and leaky.
How come you don't share stories of all the times YOU'VE had to do nasty jobs?
Fuel in the arm pits.. hmm, I liken that to a recently filled Zippo in the pockett.. Good Times..
Anyhow.. Good Morning Everyone.. Hope you have a good day.. By the way.. this damp rainy stuff.. great time to put on a light jacket and get in the woods.. .22 in hand maybe, or a bow.. maybe a climber.. why am I not out hunting yet.. oh well..
I am getting excited here for tomorrow though, Just got my boys in the Cub Scouts ( Tiger Cubs, they are under 7 ). Tomorrow we will be going to the 11th oldest Boy Scout camp in the US. They will be shooting a bow, BB guns, do some turkey calling, some duck calling, a little fly fishing, some Dutch oven cooking, I hope the boys enjoy it as much as I do..
Anyhow, as i said.. Good Morning all, and TGIF!!!
By the way Lisa.. I believe you nailed the 'Who said it" of other quotes, recognize the newest one?
i always hated changing fuel filters...gasoline in the armpit burns!
ive never had it burn when i got it on mine... hmmm

How's everyone doing today?
Hey Brendan! Don't feel bad. It was in the 40s here all night and rainy. It's supposed to snow this weekend too. It's a great day now because I'm off until Monday night! How are things on your end?

Driving around the outskirts of town last night, I almost creamed a 12 pointer. I stopped, backed up, and lit him up just to count.....nice 'un he was! Had four does walking behind him and he was standing proud.

That wasnt the hunting I was talking about.. but if it puts meat on the table...JK
I love this time of year at night or early morning.. Biggest Buck I ever saw was running in front of my truck one morning on the way to work. He only has about 15 acres of woods that he lives in, but there is no hunting pressure here in the city.. He was just massive at every angle.. So glad I didnt hit him..
