Absolutely. Had a guy email me on this recently so I'll just copy and paste the message I sent him. If you have any additional questions just let me know.
Everything is welded on, not removable. The main support piece is welded directly to the hitch. I got the mudflaps as a gift, actually, from my brother. He picked them up at an International truck dealership.
So to install, I started by welding 2 1/2" 1/8" thick 36" long steel pieces on either side of the hitch: .
Thank you for the pic's. seeing them gives me a good understanding on how I need to install mine.
well y'all i just bought this truck http://madison.craigslist.org/cto/1425900907.html, it needs some work but the price was right. it starts and runs a bit off of wd 40 so there is an issue with the fuel system on my truck ive heard its either the harness or the pump.

And Ray the most high tech thing in my shop before this weekend was an impact wrench. Most complicated electronic device was the radio. But I did pick up an AE from Clay so that is now the most complicated piece of equipment in there that we own.
Well, when the time comes I'd like to collect babe...
Sorry you missed the bbq tonight, we could have had some fun...
