the kids I'm to meet at Mcdonal's have not called me back yet, when I called and spoke with "Todd" he said they would love to make some cash today and as soon as his friend's woke up he would call me back...... two and a half hours later and what your still sleeping??????????

guess they dont want 12 bucks a hour ea and I was going to work them 10 hours today..
moving rocks, mowing front yard etc...

I think maybe they dont want to work now...

I really think some the youths today don't want to work...

i've had a job almost every single day since I was 12, doing something newpapers, mowing yards, selling shoes, care giver, maintence engineer tech(custodian) I didn't care what it was if I was getting paid.

Hell Ed, for 12 bucks an hour I would still do the kind of work your hiring out guys to do!

I LOVE manual labour. I cant sit around on my ***, I gotta work hard so I feel it. Must be the farm boy in me!

If I had a choice, what I would do for a living is super hard physical work, I just would want to get paid well for it.

I've been doing the yard work thing for the last 25 years, and this yard is just to big for me to do and work 40+ hours a week. I have 1.1 acres and now with most of the trees removed things are growing everywhere.

come on down and have a field day working my friend....

still no answer from these guys...

Me and a couple of friends need the money to get ourselves prepared to buy our own apartment and we will be willing to help with any gardening services, like mowing, weedeating/pulling, anything with lawn care basically (planting, trimming bushes/areas, etc.). We're flexible on the pay, it just depends on the workload, how long it will take, and what we need for the job. We're willing to negotiate, we just need to be working ASAP! It doesn't matter how long the process takes, whether it is 20 minutes or all day! Call xxx-xxx-xxxx, text, or just email stating what you want us to do, and tell us how much you think the job is worth and we'll go from there (also state the location). Thanks for your time and we hope to hear from you soon. - Todd, Nick, and Jacob.

I hear ya Ed, ive been doing yardwork since I was about 5 (thats about 25 years too) from gardening to mowing to cutting and trimming trees.

Now I have like 5 acresish of yard to mow, and another few acres to maintain, but I love it myself!

I just need to minimize the time it takes to mow, thats why im looking for a 30ish horse tractor with a live pto, a place to make a 3 point hitch (if it doesnt already have one) and then im gonna get a 6 or 7 foot mower, get things done fast!

I wish Mark, that would be awesome! Bet I would have the nicest ditch's around too!

At the last ritchie brothers auction I just about bought a golf course finishing mower. I think the total cut was 84 inches, and it would have did the job fast.

Reason why I didnt buy it, I know absolutely nothing about that style of mower. What i buy I need to be able to fix when/if it breaks down.

Why not sell the Jeep to a thrilled teenager who'd love to have it for a couple of grand, and use that few thousand bucks as a down payment on a nearly new minivan? She'll get her new minivan, Pinkie gets a new owner, and your mom would probably end up saving money if anything.
She's talking big, but I don't think we have the money to pay for a new car right now anyways. Plus I'm dropping Pinkie off for 2 new tires when I pick my truck up so why would we put new tires on something we're gonna give to Obummer's cronies.

had a few drops here yesterday.

So, Ed. Is my offer looking any better now? I'm plenty willing to do work. I mowed my grandparents lawn and my lawn today.

I found an almost-new Toro walk behind on Craigslist today. T-bar controls hydro drive used for one season and the company went belly-up. 850 dollars. If I didn't commit to spending a ton of $ on truck mods I'd have been all over it.

But I don't feel as stupid any more. I'd unhooked the trailer and put everything away after my grandparents lawn because it was supposed to rain this afternoon. Mom flipped and wanted the lawn cut right then so dad put the mower in his truck's bed. When he was taking it off the ramp slid and did exactly what it did to me. But he pulled on it and fell on his a**. But he's ok so no biggie.
