Heck of a price! I sold a few of those back in the day and I remember my cost on them was high 30's-low 40's!

but maybe if he paid me that price, i would take them off his hands.

 

I have 3 or 4 k&n filters for my truck...used to take them from the recon vehicles and put a regular filter in there...just gotta remember to clean the maf sensor occasionally...

 

Well you see, Ed if you hired me to mow your lawn and walk your dog I could afford to buy parts. I got no money left unless you wanna steal it all from Clay at RR East.

And on another note: I freakin hate DMV!!! I went on Tuesday and waited 45 minutes in the information line. I specifically asked the lady if I needed to do emissions. She says no, but I need to do a VIN check. Brought the truck in and waited another half hour for someone to read the VIN on the truck and make sure it matched the VIN on the title.

So I went back today to get permanent plates cause since it's legally mom's truck til I'm 18 she needs to be there. Waited another hour and a half to be told today that I need to do emissions since I'm 50 pounds short of the 10,000 lb GVWR cutoff. So now I got temporaries and I need to go through emissions. Mom was about to cry cause she was so frustrated with them and now she has to get off work early again to go to DMV. Fortunately I was able to talk to the DMV manager and get a get out of jail free card so to speak. It's a cut the line pass that says it's valid any day rather than just next day like usual. So now I gotta go to emissions Monday or Tuesday then go back to DMV again. Joy to the friggin world....

But at least I got temps so I can finally ditch Pinkie!
Once I get it back from the shop. D'oh!
