I had a teacher break my nose in grade 9, needless to say he got fired and charged I was suspended. I guess I started it, no denying that, but wasn't physical in any way, I just stood up and was walking out the door to head to the office, because of any in-class issue with another student.

He decides to intervene and block the door and lightly pushed me back, and said" sit down", No I said get out of my way and if you touch me again, you leave me no choice but to plow thru you.... he didn't listen to what I said, or perhaps misunderstood me, so he pushed me again a little harder, so I rammed him thru the door up against the lockers, WOW that didn't go over too well. He grabbed me up thru me against the locker and smoked me clean in the face closed handed and full bore.

My face was a mess, and man he hit hard, I still remember that one, and I will never forget it either..

I've had a few issues with teachers in school, never really was a "Model " student, but that was a little over the top, he should have let me walk.

I had a teacher once who cared to insult me in front of the whole class everyday. Finally one day i had enough and through a table at her... I missed. And was escorted to the principles office. The whole staff knew that this teacher was a .....! When my very very angry mother got to the school to pick me up. I was sitting there with the teacher and the principle so we could "talk this over".... My mom came in slapped the teacher across the face apologized to the principle and drug me out.

I laughed the whole way home!

You guys have some stories all right!

I was kinda stupid sometimes back in highschool too. One time i was whistling in class and wouldnt stop (whenever the teacher turned his back i would start again) and he got mad! He was a hockey player and he might have been able to hang a whooping on me! I was retarded for in his face, tried to poke the bull, and he called me outside! When I went out the door another teacher came along and stopped him from coming outside. Then I promptly started calling him a pansy blah blah blah haha.

I actually got the boot from school one time for trying to drag this teacher outside. He was the moron that time though. He was known for picking on students, and he tried that with me and I wouldnt have any of it. He started getting pretty mouthy, so i shot right back at him, and next thing ya knew, he was backing down and I was PISSED!

Another teacher came along to stop me from pulling on him to get him to come outside, and I shoved that teacher away, then another one came (that used to teach me in elementary school from time to time) and that guy finally cooled me off.

I was something like the 20 or 30th student to get physical with that guy, and he never got fired or even suspended once!

Ah well, I wasnt a model student, but I could admit when I was wrong, and I look back at that stuff today and chuckle at how boneheaded some of that stuff was to do!

I have a savage model 110 er 111 30-06 (cant remember for sure and its in the safe) My parents bought me that gun when I was probably 13. That is one of the most accurate guns I've ever owned. That thing has also took a real beating and it shows. Flipped my four wheeler end over end once coming off a steep mountain side and went flying down threw the woods and buried barrel first in the ground. I finally got my chit and my self straight and went on home. I got the dirt out the barrel and gave it a quick cleaning and fired it to check the zero. It was dead on....Then my mom made me go to the doctor's because I was coughing up blood. Anyways, I wouldnt hesitate to lay that thing out there against any other factory produced gun I have ever held in my hands. Most folks down savage but for the money you cant beat them. I have more in the scope on that gun than the whole rifle scope combo cost new.

As for teacher stories.. My first year in welding my teacher had to set me straight a couple times. Then I wizened up and learned to get along with that man. He was probably 6' 10" or so and about 275 lbs or better. He could put on the ground with one hand. Oh yeah he was Seal too. He became the best teacher I ever had.

I really wish that teachers could still give a** whuppins. There's a few people that I know would get them. Probably me, but there's a ton of kids that just don't care what the teacher says and tell it to their face.

If a teacher touched anyone today they'd be fired and charged with assault and they'd be on the 6 o'clock news.

One of my buddies used to get hit with a 2x4 from this female teacher. Her nickname was the barracuda, he called her that once, and he got the 2x4 haha. Was so funny.

I find that hard to believe. You are a talker, but you're really mellow.

I had a prof in college who freakin hated me for some reason. I still have no idea why. With the major I was in, I had to keep a 3.0 or better, and she threatened to fail me, it was a journalism law class. I basically threatened her back, and told her if she did that I'd just come back again next year. I passed that class with a C. I am an A student so that pissed me off but, its better than an f!

In middle school, our shop teacher Mr. Dozel flung a welding mask at some kid who wouldn't shut up. Missed him but scared the crap out of all the kids.

Mr. Dozel was cool. About 6'6" total redneck, handlebar mustache, drove an old bronze camper special to school every day. He was weary of me because he had my brother and my uncle Joe, I guess they were both troublemakers.

The biggest issue is that the parents defend their kids, and crawl all over the teachers for attempting to set boundaries. I have a brother in law who is a high school science teacher and he gets more crap from the parents than from the kids.
