I guess I am a young punk!!! I'm used to my employee's at 21 and 22 though, so I always feel like the old guy around them!!! I guess being married, a 8 month old and the business makes you feel tired and old...lol
Mid 30s or so, just above freezing. But the sun is more intense here, and with the lack of moisture in the air, they tag-team to help the snow evaporate quick off the streets, etc.

Sheldon Dont do the Mossberg. I have a Ultimag 835 with a 24" barrel. it shoots up to 3.5" mags. I bought it for turkey hunting, and duck hunting. The ultimag is TOOO light. Im a big ol boy and after a few 3.5 inch rounds in the duck blind my shoulder is screaming. Its a good gun for turkey, where only one shot is needed, but for shooting on the wing at ducks, it plain hurts you.
Brendan I ended up buying a corded impact gun at Harbor Freight for $69. Normally I would go for a name brand, but for something to just ride around in my tool box, and maybe used once in awhile, I figured I would save the green. I already had the inverter in the truck, so $69 wasnt so bad. BTW it came with a lifetime warranty from HF, so if i break it I go get another one.
