It went well. So well in fact, I got the job and started work today. I have another interview later this week, so that should be interesting. I am still confused and still unsure of what I will ultimately be doing.
I worked a full day at the day school today, in the 2-year-old classroom. Wow, am I worn out. Cute kids, but you spend more time cleaning and keeping them from getting in trouble than you do teaching anything (as if I didn't already know that would be the case), and I'm not so sure I'll help my progress towards becoming a teacher in that environment. Things are progressing with enrolling in the Masters program, apparently I qualify to teach world history.
One thing is for sure. If I am meant to be a teacher, its with the older kids.
I remember being a 7th and 8th grader.....NOT GOOD I was unruly. I wish my kids would skip those years.
Probably would have got better fuel mileage but i had to make up for our late start on the way back to make it to pick up another horse by 5:30. So i got into the nice flat land where you can see for miles and miles through it in "5th" and cruised about 70.
Thats what I wanted to hear. They look like a lot of fun to shoot, and even the rifle itself is fairly inexpensive if you shop around. Thanks for the info!
which is what I was thinking, but he already clarified it. I actually was the quiet kid in class, most of the time. So quiet nobody noticed when I stopped going to class....lol
I thought you might have been, seemed like the right time for it! You hanging in there? classes bogging you down yet? I know you said there wouldnt be much time for fun.....
I just got a old cheap Savage and its accurate as hell. I think I give 2 something for it and its got the stainless barrel. I just wanted to try the accu-trigger.

Whenever my dad eats it he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and screaming...lol
not really funny for him, but hilarious to hear the story!
Cool, looks like it needs a dupont overhaul. Is it a project of yours or a friend of yours?
No, this was at a State Park in AZ.

Remote would not unlock my door this mornin, no dome light when I opened with my key. Closed door, had to go back to get my cell phone, opened door, all lights working. WTF? Cycled glow plugs and truck started. What is up with that?
