Made it thru the week...6 hours OT tomorrow!

Hey Jim, I am glad you are doing well also!
Best looking nurse I had in October was in the recovery room...woke up and saw this beautiful nurse, and thought, OH Sheet! I died and went to heaven.

That's funny. No knockouts here but they are great. This morning one of them brought me a real cup of coffee. The nice thing is that no BS about me being up half the night on FTE, or on the phone with FTE people!

I think I have realized it before, but I just re realized your an electrician. I have my first year, and then decided I wanted some big bucks, and went to the oil field. Looking back at it now I wish I would have kept going a little farther with it, I woulda been a journeyman later this year!
On edit: Pete, you sound p1ssed that you didnt get the bid, BUT dont screw yourself over for future possible work. If you raise too much hassle, (even if your in the right) people get word of that, and next thing ya know you will be the guy to stay away from, Ive seen it happen lots.

Pete...if you find they are not doing a proper job or are doing something they should not be doing...ask someone else to make the complaint....preferably someone with no obvious connection to you or your family.

But I plan on appealing the bid awarding because I can do a better job cheaper and we've got a good business record.
I'd think that in these economic times they would be extremely interested in saving $$, but apparently not.
The last person that f**ked with my family (who happens to BE my extended family, but only until I disown them) is losing everything right now. Dad got a call tonight from a repo agent asking if he knew where some of their equipment was.
I'm getting screwed and I'm not gonna get the lube out and take it.

not much of a selection there yet...but I see the barrel cacti are starting to bud, I was gonna take some pics of them but had filled my 8 gb memory card and the battery was running low...
I d/l everything on the card, charged both batteries, and put the 4gb card in the camera case...should get some nice pics this weekend!

Whew -- finally home and got caught up. Not too much activity today, which was good. Where I work now at the unit we can't have any cell phones or non-gov't computers (all that super-secret-squirrel stuff in there LOL!!). Not too bad of a day today, but I have to be there at 0630 tomorrow... I think I'll head off to the rack shortly. Y'all have a good night!!
