My favorite thing to do in Mexico was chase these suckers around...they are sooooo fast though!!! Plus, apparently they can bite and kill you..so I was told by a local...lol... Oh well, still fun!!!

It's Friday!
Tonight, after work, we are going to a retirement party for a friend that has worked here at R&M for years. Today is her last day, lucky her! Should be a fun party.
Tomorrow, my new California king sized bed gets delivered. Cannot wait to sleep on it. No more aching back in the morning.
Tomorrow night it's the Houston Rodeo Barbecue Cook Off. It's Houston's version of Mardi Gras....enough said.

Thank Joe I'll be going home this afternoon or tommorow am. They are pretty good here. They let you sleep and try not to wake you up. This morning one of the nurses brought me in a real cup of coffee!!

My friend Jackie's parents have a house in Katy, Tx...with a pool in the back. We were hanging out by the pool one evening and we were watching this HUGE cockroach run across the patio. Then this little yellow lizard with orange stripes, couldn't have been much bigger than the cockroach, runs up, eats the big bug, looks at us, and runs away.
Ones I remember look kinda like this:
Brent, I think they got tired of you chasing them around. From what I know about iguanas, they can bite and have somewhat poisonous saliva for subduing prey. I think when they bite people it hurts, but they won't kill you.
Monitor lizards and komodo dragons and stuff...I think that's a different story.

I know they have a two wheel drive class... Its just a matter of if i can get it moving. The sled starts out at 5000 lbs and then gets heavier as you go.

Sheldon, I wish there was some, I just looked. Julie usually finds me "less than funny" when I pull crap like that so there's no way she's gonna take a picture of me doing that...Always trying to ruin my fun...LOL
Lisa- your right on the bite, I looked it up just now since it made me curious, apparently they can carry salmonella, and their bite is quite painfull...
I always like the frilled lizards, thought they looked cool to chase around. They get pissed and flare up at you...LOL...Never seen one in person, just in the zoo...

I had not, thats really cool! My lil sis always watched those shows and I think she was/is in love with Jeff Corwin. I thought our tv was stuck on animal planet for like a year...
