lolol. Aww...and he was obviously trying SO hard to be cool...and went in totally the wrong direction. Maybe you should befriend him. He obviously doesn't know any better. People like that need friends like us to show them how to be cool!

I'm not sure Joe, but all of the Dodges (non diesel) I have run across haven't been very fast.

It doesn't matter to me. An F-150 is still just a car with a bed on the back. They aren't trucks.

I kinda dig 'em. I really like the orange-ish color, and I've seen a few PSDs out there in a somewhat similar shade, and love it. Would I ever trade my Nyx for one? HEEEEECCCCCCKKKKK NO! When I lived in Loveland there was a guy that came to pickup his kid that drove the "Super Bee" version, IIRC. Cool looking trucks IMO, but I need something that can work hard.

I actually kinda agree with ya. I think of an f150 as a light duty truck (although the new ones actually can do quite abit)

Thats what i use my ol f150 for. She takes a small light load of garbage to the dump every now and then, and thats about it!

Morning everyone

Corn-flake boogers.... and I was just about ready to go get oatmeal. Who am I kidding, that don't bother me!! Question is, do they get black from the dirt? I've worked in some old dirty/dusty warehouses and at the end of the day it looked like I was pulling raisins out, just to be able to breathe again through my nose. Mmmmmmm... raisin oatmeal cookies....

Holy cow!

Y'all will not believe this.

I just came back from being called up the the Ivory Tower (main office). The Tooling Maintenance & Fabrication Dept (six machinists/welders and a supervisor) now report to me. It's not another promotion but instead a little restructuring. I worked in that department for nine years, and then was the supervisor there for another four, so I know it pretty well.

Not too bad a way to start the week.

Dodge never offered a factory supercharger but you can buy some aftermarket ones for a pretty coin.

I really like my friends he's got some mild mods and a super chips to it. Gave it a little bit more power but I would say I could still take him.

Lisa, thanks for the posts, I know they're still out there, just kinda far for me to go to see a live one. Theres a great museum around Hollywood I think that has about 8 steamies, a few diesels, and a good wealth of most era pax cars.

Scott, good deal on the promotion!

Brendan, they're all brown, just like this whole freaking country.

Gotta say one thing, we (the US) has had a SOFA (Status Of FOrces Agreement) with Iraq since Jan 1st 2009. Basically this took the nads off the military out here- we can no longer just do a hard knock........(where you kick a door in and run in looking for bad guys- just like SWAT) the Iraqi police handle all that stuff now. Basically it allows all the bad guys to come back into Iraq from Syria with little worry. SO when I hear of bad guys, rockets, and military grade explosives and munitions coming across the borders just I as got there it's not all that comforting. I'm so glad the floor of my Humvee isn't armored.....(sarcasm)

Actually, we are planning on having a big crawfish boil and barbecue at our house, end of March/first part of April. Mud bugs with corn and potatoes, ribs, sausage, potato salad, cold beer and jet skis.

Come on down!
