Hey Pete I'd just put a flat bed on that truck if you actually get it, but if you want a bed get the one with the bowed out tailgate and replace it with an 07 or 08 tailgate.

Hey everyone.

What a wild couple of days this has been. Cody went into pre-labor yesterday morning and serious labor late last night. I was a little nervous and scared as Cody is my baby. I raised her by myself since she was four and I am very protective of her.

Hunter Scott Bounds was born at 4:09 pm, CST. Mom and baby are doing good. They are both resting right now and I am preparing to take everyone out for a steak dinner to celebrate.

Cris, you walked us through a hurricane and now a baby. You rock!

Tried to rep ya Scott, but got blocked. I think I must rep the same folks over and over and I am trying to spread them around............Oh well. Mucho congrats anyway. Seems like another lifetime (it was) ago that my first grandbaby was born. Grandma and I were in Florida and we flew to Chicago in time for the birth.

I considered putting a flatbed on, but I play soccer and nobody else drives or has a vehicle large enough to carry everyone's bags to the field so I'll end up doing that. So I'll need a pickup bed or a TON of tiedowns. The kid that hauled all the bags this last season graduates in the spring.

I'm wondering what they want for that body. I'll need to repaint it and replace the gate, but I suppose it's ok other than that.

The only thing is I'm not 100% positive the body I saw is for sale. It was out near the customer lot near a few sanders and some dump inserts. I will call them as soon as I make a commitment on the truck since I don't want to be left holding onto a body with no truck to put it on.

You're just jealous that we're in better shape.

I haven't had a lot of chances to look around yet since I thought it was a minor dent that could be pulled and buffed before I got there and saw it today. I was only able to make 2 shops before it was time to go home since I had a 3 hour round trip plus an hour of looking at the truck / waiting for the guy and then had to get the leaves off my grandparents lawn.

And for the record STIHL BR600 = awesome at moving leaves.

Our campfire certainly dies down to the bare embers over the weekend.

I gotta hand it to ya man...she looks beautiful even after having gone through labor for 24 hours. I can't even imagine.

The baby looks good too! In a few days he wont be so pink and we expect PICTURES! Though I have no doubt we'll get some.
