No problem JT, most drag racers frown on NASCAR, we think the fans just go for the crashes. A favorite saying is folks that go around in circles never get anywhere.

They wanted to move the closing up to November 10th. GOD would I LOOOOVE to do that...but I already promised work I'd be here that week to train the new kid. Stupid promises. lol.
Congratulations big time. I think I would close as soon as they wanted, even if it means staying in a motel for a week. You never know what may go wrong. But that may screw Randy up having to make an extra trip to get you out of the house and them come back to help you get back to Iowa with him??????

All I have is a LawnBoy/Tehcumseh push mower... It's like that when your lot is measured in feet instead of acres (80x110).

I know. I'm tempted too. But, there are a few problems. Like you mentioned I am going to need Randy's help to move and get the trailer loaded up. We had already planned on him flying into Denver the night of the 20th, and spending the weekend loading up and driving out to Iowa. I don't think I can move dates on him. He has already asked for the time off work, that and, I think the weekend of the 10th he is going hunting with his dad.

Also I already promised work. I hate to leave any place on negative terms. I doubt much can happen in 10 days anyway. Its an FHA loan, which pretty much guarantees that if they qualified for the loan already, they should be good to go and I can't see anything going wrong. If they qualified, with the way things are right now, they must have perfect credit.

Does that Massey look like this:

(only maybe not so pretty)

Yep thats exactly like it, but with a little worse paint haha. And so far, Ive found one diesel one, but the guy still wants a little bit for it. Would love an old diesel but they arent cheap around here.

My uncle has a 830 JD diesel just sitting there, and I would love to get that one too, but he is still a little atatched to it.

Im too lazy now but ill post a pic of some cool tractors he has later.

You need to find Boomerang, Travis. Huckleberry Hound is on right now, Yogi bear, Popeye and Pink Panther are on after Hound is over. Most of the old cartoons are on in the morning.

Totally depends on what system you have (***, TWC, DirecTV, Dish, etc), but here's a link to the Boomerang website:
