my 8 inch spike was with BFG All Terrain tires, I think it's just luck of the draw what you magically pick up off the road lol
Thats probably it I just wanted to blame it on somthing other than my bad luck

I once dumped 25 pounds of 3 inch long deck screws on a highway in Alaska. The entire brand new 80 dollar box. I did not even know about it until 10 miles too late, but I did not drive that road again for the next month.
Had a guy lose a 50# box of #16 duplex nails in front of me
with 10 tires I found 28 of them, glad I didn't have my other axle down
The Bills Chris. I went to 2 of their Super Bowl appearances. The one in Pasadena, and the one in Atlanta. They may not have won any of them, but no other team has gone to 4 in a row.
That reminds me, this one time i went on a service call to repair a tre on the read of a JD tractor.
Took the tire off and found a 3 foot tire bar, and a short sledge hammer (that we used sometimes for banging around) in the tire! Guy that fixed the tire before forgot both tools in the tire.
Jeremy, did I read correctly somewhere that you were a Schaeffers oil rep?
Yes, that is correct. PM on the way...I'm not a sponsor, no business talk allowed here.

Technically, I have the Toyo Open Country AT, but basically the same tire. I had Terra Grapplers before these, and the only difference in the tread that I can tell is the very outside edge of the lugs.

Now that's funny!
I'm off to Jeff's to watch the NASCAR race. Atlanta -- should be a good one.

OOPPS. Forgot about that rule, dont wanna get nobody in any trouble. PM received. I'm fixing to head out to shoot some guns so I'll be giving you a holler tomorrow, and I see your off to watch the race so dont wanna interupt that. Besides, its Sunday! No need to talk about business. How was your mileage with those Nitto's. Mine sucked.
We've had a 1/2 inch lag bolt go into one of those really wide semi tires that we run on our chopper boxes. And I thought that was pretty damn impressive.
I hear ya Mark....I'm an Oakland Raider fan, one of your biggest rivals. We have completely SUCKED ever since our embarrassing defeat in the Super Bowl

Did you guys have to replace the whole tire? If so, that is expensive! I worked at a goodyear, where they have gold hidden somewhere in the tire, and for a wide tire like that, 425 or so, would cost you an arm, a leg, and either the left or right nut...

I'm happy the Patriots won on Monday night while I was there and they just pulled off another win today!!! They have too many players getting injured though, Monday Rodney Harrison, today Ellis Hobbs..........

The whole tire was replaced I think. But those tires aren't all that expensive.... after the semi trucks wore them down to the point of where they can't use them any more, then we get them cheap because all those tires need to do is hold up the wagon and keep it rolling. Quite a few of our wagons are rolling on used semi tires.

Tell me about it. Almost 3000 bucks for a set of good tires for my motor home. If I don't win the lottery I ain't never getting any. The ones I have now are just about done for and they are the 3rd set I've had on here since new.
LOL. I'm actually not too big into sports myself, but I do like the Bills and Pats. The Raiders I really wouldn't say I hate, but damn, out here in California thier fan base is made up primarily of folks that would be easily taken for umm, thugs, ahhh, hooligans....

the last 425s I bought about 11yrs ago were $750 a piece plus taxes
I could get about 80k miles on them on the steering axle
