Panel was complete but had lots of rust which I repaired..

 

That is amazing in that you built basically a new truck from that John! Some of my parts trucks do have better cabs that what you started.

Got a $312 reduction in my insurance starting Sept 28

My father gave me 2 things Morris, the first was the surname of Colp
The second was what it stands for
Chronic Obstructive Lung and Pulmonary disease

Basically I have the heart and lungs of an 85 year old, yet I only turned 55 in January. On Sept 3 at suppertime it will be 4 years since I had my stroke, my o2 level was maybe 50% at the time. Had the stroke untying my boots, had been building a stone wall all day carrying and placing 30 - 80 lb stones. The work put enough o2 into my muscles that the paralysis was minor and I've walked and mowed most of it gone. If I don't stay on the walking program my body starts to constrict and the lungs loose capacity. When I get out of the walking routine it becomes a matter of walking til you get sick and nearly puke, sometimes only takes a block, rest for an hour and do it again. in 3 days I'm back to doing 4 milers. Theres a bunch of stores a block upto 5 blocks away and they all have rest stops for me if needed
My dad died at 56 and I'm in year 14 of an 11 to 13 year lifespan. lol
SURPRIIISE!!

It's dull and dreary here to John, supposed to turn to crap this afternoon.
Speaking of crap, my waste of flesh brother is up to something, claims he was here on tuesday and he saw me unconcious and dead, 24 hours later he reported it to CPS. Think he wore out his welcome at the homeless shelters, wore out his welcome with me 50 years ago.

Hi Ian, I'm in the other rut. :-) Got the kids fed Dishes done and a couple of bags of beans blanched and ready for the freezer. Got a yard full of kids yelling and screaming and having fun, hope they don't annoy the neighbors to much.
