Good day back at you Ian, hopefully you have the long weekend off.
Good tip about Home Depot Perry, it`s handy and I like shopping there.

There was a bit of a rumble happening here this morning with just a bit of rain but the day turned out nice when the sun came out late morning.
It`s a bit of a bummer that you are working this long weekend Ian but the 4 days off next week will be nice.
Really short handed actually.
What`s next once your truck is done John?

What`s at the top of your list John? Of of course anything around here would have a major hurdle because of the distance unless you were to trail it home.

I'm sure I could borrow or rent a trailer if I could find something, I have a broad spectrum of things I like, would prefer to do a car next time if I could find a good candidate ..lol I'm just thinking about it now, still have a bit to do on this pickup..

I`ll keep my eyes peeled if you give me a budget and an idea of what tickles your fancy John.
There maybe a few 1970 Mustang 429 Cobra Jets around but I never see any. I certainly couldn`t afford one Ian.

Good evening
The rumble and rain kept coming and going most of the day, finally settled down about 630. Got done what needed to get done but didn't get anything done that would put me into the home stretch, oh well. Have a 70+ sidewalk stone job that needs to get started and done next week, have some red building brick and sasquatch feet coming back to my place. The feet I'll use in the back yard but need to store the brick and figure out what I have enough for.

I cheat Morris, have a 2 wheel dolly that I use to move them. Have worked with them for so long that placing them is easy. The trick is in knowing how to use a steel hand trowel to level the pad, most people don't realize that there's no difference to the trowel if your using it on concrete, sand, clay or loam. Lol. Must admit that the hips and back get sore after a while, have a helper to unload them at the site. Was going to have them delivered but figured James' wife would be happier if he got the $100 it was going to cost me instead of the contractors son. Also gets the extra stones, brick and feet delivered to my place so that saves me a lot of pain.

Cheating works for me too but I find there`s a lot of things I have to pass on now Perry. I`m certainly glad I have my Bobcat for anything major. I`m sure that the $100 in Jame`s pocket makes them happier too.
