you should be ok on the speedometer all that is a change in width 75 is the side wall hieght and you kept the same 15 in rim.
The tires are slightly taller. Maybe an inch or so. I'm not worried about the speedo being off by a few mph. When I travel 1 mile the odometer reads 9/10ths of a mile so its not off by much.

I was thinking they were/are off in height by close to 2½ inches, according to:
At lower speeds, no biggie, but at higher speeds, 5+ mph could get you a ticket, in certain locations.
It's a percentage thing.
I never actually measured them. Just sat the original spare next to one and it was slightly taller. I always just do what the speed limit is and know i'm 5 over. Police around here don't bother you unless you're doing about 10mph over the limit.
I have a 1980, F100, 300/6/3spd on the stalk with 65,xxx or 165,xxx. I can't tell and neither can the guys who have worked on it. The pedal are not worn down and the floor (plastic) is not worn either. some of the plastic is breaking due to age and that is it.
I think about selling her, but then i start her up and drive...she is allways there and runs smooth.

If I did not know that my 95 truck had over 190k I would never guess it by the interior. My 92 work truck has less than 80k on it and the interior is totally trashed. My point is that the care the truck has received is sometimes more important than the miles or age. I loved my Dads 83 302 it it still looked good at 200k. That generation is one of the best looking of all time ( IMO ). If you sell it you'll be looking to replace it before the tailights disappear.

I hear you. I just wet sanded the body the other day and man does it look good, and now my wife thinks I love it more than her
I appreciate your passing on your experience, I assume it has the later mileage and doing preventative maintenace. I am looking for new seat covers...but the more i search, the more I appreciate the factory covers.
