I just installed a new stove. The hard part was moving it.

My stove and refrigerator belong to the apartment. If they break down, (or catch fire like the stove did) it is the manager's problem. The stove is electric, and a few months back it caught fire somewhere between it and the wall. Manager came out and replaced something in the stove and it works fine now. She was at Home Depot when I called her and told her about the fire. It (the fire) only lasted a few seconds and went out by itself.

The truck is back to its usual self, coughing and sputtering, and hard to get in gear. I knew it wouldn't last.

I have an appointment next Monday to have the gear selector cable problem fixed. Will have to wait for the engine problem until next month. It is still cheaper to fix this truck than to go looking for another one with its own set of problems.

Jim, sorry to hear that the truck is acting up again. I agree with your sentiment about repair vs. replace.

On a lighter note🤣👍🏻

I wonder if my new scooter will fit in the back of an Excursion. Got a call from the VA today, they verified my address and told me I would get a call tomorrow about the delivery of my new scooter! Now, I won't be able to sleep tonight. I'll be like the kid on Christmas Eve waiting for Christmas. LOL

Call it what you want, but if it does arrive tomorrow, I'll be one happy camper!
