It's great to see rain up there this time of year instead of fires.

I'm getting drunk. That's how we celebrate American holidays. With cheap beer. The store puts it on sale. Then they also give you a rebate. The price is $4.99 for 30 beers. $0.16 a can.

Unfortunately we have both happening right now. Kinda nervous because a lightning tracker was logging quite a few down strikes to the west of us.

So with CRV and scrap value you get a case of free beer? Isn’t free beer the best?

I'm not a Bud fan either. Not that I am a beer connoisseur. I don't object to cheap beer. I like Pabst.

Actually, they are paying you to take it away.

Like the time that I paid $8 for spark plugs. There was a $12 dollar rebate.

Too bad there are no rebates on a 5.4 liter engine. LOL I would snap that up in a heartbeat.

No rain here, but it was cloudy. Next few days will be in the mid to low 80's, but then it will be high 90's for a few days.

Years ago I drank Schmidt Beer and or Heidelberg later started drinking Miller Draft. I have never liked Budweiser and I have never bought a lite beer. It's only been the last 10 years that I have been drinking the Craft beers, I kind of prefer the IPA's. I do buy a stout once in a while and we usually have a Pelsner in the fridge for cooking with.

Don't drink beer myself, or any alcoholic beverages for that matter. Don't like the taste, and it saves me money. Used to drink carbonated beverages but only drink them once in a while now. Mostly I drink milk, or chocolate milk, and when I can afford it, apple juice, but that is twice as expensive as milk, so I only buy it once in a while.

Here too. Three days in a row. I like the cooler, damper weather way better than the triple-digit weather.

Budweiser is not beer. My Dad called it panther ****.
