This new house has vaulted ceilings from the living room , clear through the kitchen into the master bedroom, a two step step stool won’t reach were I put the clock in the kitchen, so I have to use another 3 step ladder just so I can reach were I placed the nail that holds the clock , now for the rest of the story , insert ( Paul Harvey voice )
went to change the time at 7:45 asked wife ( wife what time is it ?), wife says 7:46 , I roll the big hand around again to 7:47, hang the clock back on the nail , put the ladder away and come back in to ask FTE if Time had changed , wife says you didn’t change the time , it’s 8:59 , I yet to change the clock in the kitchen so we’re still on Arizona Time Zone .
Only the microwave and my watch (remember those?) don't change when the time changes. Everything else does. So, it was a simple process for this old fuddy duddy.
My watch, strange enough, is automatic. A solar watch that never needs a battery change. It does something with radio waves and communicates with a "world clock" or something like that. It changes to the right time even when I cross time zones. Very high tech from decades ago. I never wear it. It's in a sunny place to maintain the battery charge.

AZ does not change clocks. So you are still an hour off from AZ.

I have a Casio solar watch too. It gets enough light just in the open room to keep running for several days, so it doesn't matter where I keep it as long as it's facing up. Not exactly automatic, but it has a PST/PDT mode that requires a 5-step process to do the switch. Kind of spooky to switch it and watch the hands swirl backward or forward an hour.
Yesterday I got the 6.0 back from the mechanic after having it serviced and the AC trouble shot.
It turns out that the Compressor was going South quickly. The orfice had metal shavings all over it and when they shined the Black Light on the compressor, the whole unit glowed like the sun😵💫
