Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Hit 91 here today. Only got a little more done on the hedge. Forgot we had to go to two cemeteries today for some clean up.
Then we stopped at the farm on the way home. Ended up with a truck load of stuff to take to the storage unit in the morning. It's like taking apart and dismantling a well-established museum. Picked up a couple of things worth mentioning tonight. My Great Uncles Cavalry Hat and my GGG Grandfathers gold pan he used when he and brothers went from here to the American River for the California Gold rush. It's been hanging on the wall over the work counter for as long as I can remember. Even used it as a "collection" pan when I had my reloading equipment set up there 53 years ago.. Have so much more to go through. Also found my granddads stenciled US Navy Pea Coat from before and during WW1.
Good morning Oregon an everyone everywhere else. 59.3 with mostly cloudy skies and breezes up to 20 mph. Only supposed to get up to 67 today? I'll take it after the 91 yesterday.
Working on hedges this morning along with unloading farm stuff in pickup at storage unit. Meetings this afternoon and tonight starting at 1730.
Chris we were at Gleneden Beach. Our friends have an RV spot in their driveway. This was the first time we were able to use the full hook ups after getting all of the needed parts.

We did a whale watching trip sunday as part of a birthday celebration. Was pretty fun since the ocean was "sporty" and we saw whales. No one got sick but it was close. Wife didn't do well and pretty much ruled out going on any cruises in our lifetime. .

Rich, that looks pretty sporty alright. My cousin has a 30 footer at Depot Bay and we take my 23 out of Newport for the most part. Just for info, and if it makes your wife feel better, from the pics I would say you passed "sporty" and were getting into what we would call kind of sloppy! Chanel looks pretty decent in the picture. As long as the USCG isn't sitting crossways in the Chanel on the inside of the bridge, you are good to go!
