Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Appointments and phone calls almost done for the day. Still waiting for a return call and I've need to run into the Courthouse in Dallas, but I think the Courthouse trip is going to wait until next week.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. It's an overcast, sometimes wet, balmy 33° here in the tropical banana belt of the Yamhill Valley of the far reaches of the Willamette Valley in the base of the Coast Range Mountains. The Wx radar gives the appearance that most of the aerial river is sliding by just slightly to the north of us. It does show us being enveloped by some pink stuff (snow). I haven't seen any snow flakes yet.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. We ended up with some rain, enough to keep it wet and sloppy today, but both my rain gauge and the High School gauge have both decided to go on a vacation.
Good Sunday morning Brett and those to follow.
Currently 44.4° here.

What kind of problems Chris? I can see where that could be a real headache.
The electric company and mortgage company pulled attempted to pull money from closed accounts.
The electric company is fixed now to get ahold of the mortgage company Monday.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 40° up from 30 with just enough light rain showers to keep things wet. Still have a solid overcast but the last hour it seems to have lightened up a bit and no rain.
A couple of Mallard drakes came in this morning. I was flying solo this morning. Hunting and fishing partner and his brother are drifting the Trask this morning looking for a Steelhead.

At least it is easy problems to fix.
I had a problem with one bill this month but it was a local and a bank problem that I didn't catch until she called me. I was able to just run a check over and cover it. I'll have to keep a close eye on it for the next couple of months. A steady cost recurring monthly bill had a rate change. I changed the payment amount on the recurring bill pay on the bank site in November and everything had been fine. This month the banks computer decided to change back to the old payment amount.
We'll have to keep an eye out on the phone company and phone bill for next month. We really screwed with it on Friday, closing old accounts, opening new accounts, changing plans for both of us and doing some other stuff. Hopefully, it all goes smoothly on the auto pay. It should as now it is all consolidated to one payment account.
