Morning all. The struggle is real...
Still feels a bid odd that I'm not at the sportsmen show even though this is year 3 of of working it. Kinda miss it but not really. Up in the air if we'll even go. I hear Bob's is not there this year as they didn't have enough product to fill their booth.

Good evening Oregon and everywhere else. Not much going on today.
Spent some time reading up on Land Use Measures 37 and 49 and trying to get an idea of how that will affect us and the EFU zoning out on the ranch. 15-20 years ago, we had gotten 37 - 49 waivers and I found those. 37 was overridden with 49 and we thought we were good to go. But, after all of that had been done, the county still wouldn't five us a permit to build on the East 10 acres. Now, 15 years later, I don't remember all we were told back then. I think I'll run into Dallas and visit the county planning commission tomorrow and see if I can get a better understanding of just what it is we can and can't do.
State Supreme Court is releasing their decision on the part of the TRO the Harney County Judge issued on the part of 114 that could potentially make the ICS a permanent waiting period.
