Not pigs, I hate doing pigs, hard to skin and this one is between 500 and 600 lbs. Other animals I still do sometimes. Have 4star coming this time. Chucky's didn't answer when I called and not sure how backed up the new guy is. I know Chuck was usually about 6 to 9 months out. He sold it last year and the new guy is also opening a meat market in the old laundry mat on Long. So I think he has his hand full right now. So if you want swing in, I'll be home all day.

I noticed the two pigs I butchered were a bit more difficult than a deer, even though they were only 75 pounds or so live weight. They sure made some good pulled pork and breakfast sausage, though.
