Also check out the tremorforum where a user has two relatives that work at KTP. He has been able to provide information on what shifts are running and when the plant is down.

They have a schedule on blue oval forum…it didnt say plant is shutdown, just that they are not scheduling this week.

Anyone else had issues with the est. delivery date and/or days in transit being incorrect? My truck had an estimated delivery date of 10/19-10/25 and the transit days were 19. The dealer still hasnt received my truck and their tracking was last updated 10/14 and it says
Primary - In Transit. Secondary - Received - LSE40912 (Norfolk Southern Corp)
No more info since then.

I would feel much better if the truck build date column would show up on the spreadsheet that shows a date after 10/29. Shouldn't there be trucks showing at this time? Rumors about plant issues are being mentioned. Shouldn't there be some 11/1 dates listed.

Great! People! There Too!!!

go there. Search for this thread:

Current KTP shutdown

By pmbaseball24, 22 hours ago in F-Series SuperDuty Forum

Hope I helped

After reading that BOF thread my first thought is don't believe everything you read on the internet. Rumor mills are everywhere! Fact mills are much harder to find. According to Waloud in that BOF thread he wants us to believe the ENTIRE plant was shutdown because they had some trucks that were missing part of the center console. Hmm that sure doesn't sound like a prudent business model. Shut down ALL of the production to get a few trucks fixed and completed? Obviously I'm not there and cannot say with any authority what is actually going on at KTP but I will say that I'm going to pass on taking a drink from the plant shutdown rumor kool-aide.

Really struggling on these push back dates. I don't understand how I keep getting pushed back but builds scheduled out further then me are already in production. I mean good for them but its Super frustrating, working on 6 months minimum before I may see my truck.

I understand the frustration. My 21 took 8+ months to ship. So far my 22 has been 3 months.

I never took possession of the 2021 (hence why I said my 2022 has been on order for 3 months)

Mine took 4 weeks from order date to release date. Its now been another 4 weeks in transit and nobody knows where it is. I have a buddy that ordered his truck 3 days after me from the same place and he took delivery of his last week.

This gives me hope mine isn’t the only one taking forever for delivery. Mine was built on the 10/16 and shipped on 10/17. My delivery window was 11/1-11/7. I am losing hope it is coming this week and will be next week. I am getting close to 3 weeks for the truck to make the 7 hour drive to Georgia.

What makes it worse is the first truck I ordered only took 9 days to be delivered. I imagine it is sitting in the train yard waiting for a truck to deliver.

I find this promising. Is this really a truck with AS that has been scheduled and STP. I believe this is a first for anything other than a KR.

What I do not find promising.......is that no trucks have been STP since Monday. Looks like those with a 11/8 build week will likely get rescheduled between now and Monday. Myself included!!!!!

My truck had an ETA of 11/4. I called the dealer yesterday and they could tell me it _MIGHT_ be on a train. It might be moving on the train. It might also be in a rail yard waiting to get on or off the train. There is a waybill for it, but it's unknown past that. Not a good look.
